Strategic Thinking
Let’s be honest: we prefer bold or at least optimistic business plans. But we do it in a schizophrenic way:
- First setting mind-changing goals and pushing up the limits.
- Then (only) adjusting with available compentencies and resources.
For cascading the plans, we like to modelize:
1/ The customer value chain: Where is value created and how to unleash it? How to differentiate? What quick wins can be reap?
2/ The portfolio development cycle: What to develop quickly and with scalability? Is the products/services roadmap aligned with customer value creation priorities?
3/ The employees brain capital: What makes you unique and have its roots in your corporate story? Do employees have enough leadership and initiative? Are they ready for the next market disruption?
